Cocktails are not just drinks that may or may not contain alcohol. I have many friends that enjoy mocktails only. For me, cocktails are a celebration. Cocktails come to the party all dressed up. They can be fancied up with fruits and little umbrellas. They can be sexy. Think Mad Men, or Sex and the City. The paintings in the Cocktail Collection are not realistic renderings, but rather impressionistic abstracts. With colour and a variety of mediums, I wanted to capture the feelings of fun, happiness, freedom, and excitement, that “on Vacation” feeling I get when enjoying a cocktail. I think I’ve captured those feelings perfectly and I’m so excited to share this collection with you. "Rose All Day" is a mixed media abstract painting on a gallery canvas. It measures 24" by 36" by 1 1/2". The painting extends over the edges of the canvas so it does not need framing. The painting is varnished for protection. Signed on the back. Wired and ready to hang.
