Inspiration eluded me all summer and then I came upon Janet’s Instagram post. It was a carousel of images with her signature cocktail that she enjoyed throughout the summer. The caption read “And so the summer of Negroni’s comes to an end” I immediately thought to myself “Negroni Summer” now that is a great title for a painting.

"Negroni Summer" was the very first painting that began my "Cocktail Collection. I started with the painting titles and let inspiration lead me. These are not exact renderings of cocktails but rather impressionistic abstracts.

The painting is varnished for protection. Signed on the back. Wired and ready to hang.
